About Me

I'm a 30 something stay at home mama to 3 amazing kidlets, ranging in age from 11 to 1. Your sure to hear many stories, trials and tribulations of keeping up with all three. lol My goal for this blog is to share and exchange tips with fellow bloggers on how to live a simple frugal life. I'm also using this blog to personally keep myself in check and hold myself accountable financial wise.

Mass Confusion

Who needs a treadmill when you have a one year old? I think I've official chased the mini man throughout our house 50 times at least. Aren't sundays suppose to be peaceful? lol Not for moms I suppose. Makes planning out the weekly grocery list a tad difficult.

I've been spending between 70-80 per week on groceries, but my plan is to reduce this as much as possible this week and month. I want more money for the savings! So therefore I need to get my butt in gear and really make an effort. My plans are to reduce our grocery bill, utilities, and gas for the car. Then put the extra money I've saved throughout the month in our ING savings account. I have one problem though .....I'm married to *gasp* a spender! Not that he's a big spender but the little things add up. I'm slowly but surely working on him, but first I figure I "el cheapo" can frugalize myself even more to make up for the difference. We shall see.
